Digital Products
All our products are delivered electronically and are available for instant download after payment. Because of the nature of digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded. However, we understand that issues can arise, so we do accept refund requests under specific conditions.
Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund within 24 hours of your purchase.
Your request must include a valid reason and supporting justification for the refund.
Refunds are only considered if:

Requests submitted after 24 hours from the time of purchase will not be eligible.
Processing Refunds
Once we receive your request, we will review the information provided and notify you of our decision within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.
